Terms of use for Länsförsäkringar Bank AB:s (“Länsförsäkringar”) Open Banking Developer Portal and test environment (“Sandbox”) are intended for testing purposes of applications to be used for dispensing the account information services, the payment initiation services or both. Any information, data software or other materials released through the Sandbox is intended for testing and evaluation of integrations to be used with Länsförsäkringars Application Programming Interfaces (“APIs”). Länsförsäkringar may make changes to the Sandbox and the content in it at any time, with or without prior notice.
Registration as a Sandbox user for testing features and functionality of application(s) is open for anyone. Registration to Sandbox does not mean that a user gets the right to use real customer data without consent from Länsförsäkringar. When registering, you as a user acknowledge and agree that the information you provide to Länsförsäkringar is accurate. You confirm that you have read and understood the Terms of Use and that Länsförsäkringar may suspend or terminate your right to access use of Sandbox if abuse of Terms of Use has occurred.
A user of Länsförsäkringar Sandbox is responsible for protecting hardware, software, data and other material used when testing application(s) from malware, viruses and other internet security related risks that could potentially harm Länsförsäkringar.
A user of Länsförsäkringar Developer Portal for Bank Services must not, and must not facilitate or enable others to, generate unnecessary or excessive calls or volumes of activity on or through our Developer Portal or APIs.
Länsförsäkringar provides the Sandbox and the material on an “as is” basis and any use hereof is at the user’s own initiative and risk. This means that Länsförsäkringar provides no warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of third-party rights. Further, Länsförsäkringar has no direct or indirect liability related to use the Sandbox or the Material. The Sandbox and its content may not be continuously available for use or without inaccuracy or defect; and you agree that your access to the Open Banking Developer Portal and use of the Sandbox is at your sole risk.
You acknowledge that Länsförsäkringar own all legal right, title and interest in the Open Banking Developer Portal and Sandbox (including its look and feel) and in the APIs, API Materials and Länsförsäkringars content. Länsförsäkringar reserve all rights in and to the Developer Portal. You must not place or create any claims, liens, or encumbrances on the Developer Portal (including APIs, API Materials or Länsförsäkringars content contained within the Developer Portal. You acknowledge that Länsförsäkringar are the owner or the licensee of all Intellectual Property Rights in material published on the developer portal (including for the avoidance of doubt any comments posted by other developers on the forums). Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. To the extent any such intellectual Property Rights vest in you, you hereby assign to us with full title guarantee by way of present and future assignment all right, title and interest, whether legal or beneficial, in all such intellectual Property Rights throughout the world Absolutely and to the fullest extent possible.
